Shipping policy
ALL CAPS ships pan-India from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery across India takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery to metro cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your order in real time.
FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive it, the courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. In this case we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment charges apply.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and write to us at admin@allcapsofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement.
