Refund policy

All sales of Daily Series protein sachets are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on consumable products once purchased. This applies to all flavours including Cold Coffee and Choc Hazel.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@allcapsofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the product at no extra cost.

We do not replace products based on taste preference or change of mind.
