What is fermented yeast protein?
Fermented yeast protein is derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae — the same organism used to ferment bread and beer. Through a controlled fermentation process, it produces a complete protein with all 9 essential amino acids and a PDCAAS score of 1.0. It's entirely vegan, dairy-free, and digests cleanly without the bloat associated with whey.
Is ALL CAPS protein vegan?
Yes — 100% plant-based. Our protein source is fermented yeast, which contains no animal derivatives, no dairy, and no whey. ALL CAPS is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and anyone looking for a clean protein without compromise.
What flavours are available?
We currently offer two flavours in the Daily Series — Cocoa & Hazel and Cold Brew. Both are sweetened with monk fruit (no artificial sweeteners) and designed to taste like something you'd actually want to drink. More flavours are coming.
How many sachets come in a box and what is the cost per serve?
Each box contains 10 individual sachets. At ₹999 per box, that's ₹99 per serve — 25g of PDCAAS 1.0 protein for under a hundred rupees. No subscription required. No minimum commitment.
NUTRITION & USAGE
What is PDCAAS 1.0 and why does it matter?
PDCAAS (Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score) is the gold standard for measuring protein quality. A score of 1.0 is the maximum — it means the protein contains all essential amino acids in the right proportions and is fully digestible. ALL CAPS fermented yeast protein achieves this maximum score, placing it equal to whey in objective protein quality.
How do I mix it?
Tear the sachet. Add 200ml of cold water or cold milk. Shake for 20 seconds. Done. That's it. We recommend cold liquids — the powder mixes cleaner and tastes better cold. Avoid hot liquids as they can affect texture.
Will it cause bloating?
No. Bloating in protein supplements is typically caused by lactose (in whey), artificial sweeteners (like sucralose or acesulfame K), or fillers like maltodextrin. ALL CAPS has none of these. Fermented yeast protein is inherently gut-friendly and digests cleanly — which is one of the main reasons we chose it over whey.
Is monk fruit sweetener safe?
Yes. Monk fruit (Luo Han Guo) has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries and is recognised as safe by regulatory authorities globally. It is not metabolised as sugar, causes zero blood sugar spike, and has no known negative effects. It's one of the cleanest sweeteners available — which is why we use it.
Can I use ALL CAPS as a meal replacement?
ALL CAPS is a protein supplement, not a meal replacement. Each sachet delivers 25g of complete protein — which is excellent for post-workout recovery, hitting your daily protein target, or a high-protein snack. It is not designed to replace a full meal's worth of calories, fats, and micronutrients. Use it alongside a balanced diet.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Since a single box is ₹999, every order qualifies.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across India typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?

Do you ship outside India?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is something we're working toward — if you're outside India and want ALL CAPS, let us know via our contact page. Enough demand and we'll make it happen.
